Treatment insuranceG&M offer their employees a private treatment insurance against a minor payment. The Moelholm treatment insurance contains a treatment guarantee which ensures treatment without waiting time and medical treatment during hospital stay at Danish private hospitals. The insurance also covers treatment at European treatment centres. The centres in question must comply with Danish treatment levels and shall be approved of by Moelholm Insurance before start of treatment. Holiday cottagesG&M own 2 cottages which the employees can rent at a favorable price. Spare time and club interestsThe individual plants have several offers for their employees, e.g. access to fitness centres or memberships of different clubs such as sport -, art-, travel and staff clubs.
